These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kkbd platform and all associated services ("Services"). By browsing the kkbd website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use any of kkbd's services. Continuing to use our services means you accept the latest version of these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The approved methods for depositing on kkbd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposit amounts will be credited directly to your account. If a deposit is not completed for any reason or if a technical issue occurs, contact the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Taxes & Charges

kkbd does not charge any additional processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely your responsibility. Any applicable income tax or other government duties are also the member's own responsibility.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at kkbd, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after completing the wagering requirement.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• kkbd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a specific promotion has its own terms, those will be stated separately on the promotion page.

6.1 General Betting Principles

Before placing any bet or playing any game on kkbd, the member must be familiar with the rules of the relevant game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is available across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. International rules of the relevant sport will be followed to determine match results. If a match is cancelled or inconclusive, the bet will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino and slot games are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. Game results are determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable.

6.4 Technical Issues

If normal play in any game or betting session is disrupted due to a technical error, kkbd will review the situation and provide a resolution. kkbd will not be liable for any loss caused by server outages, internet connection issues, or device-related problems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbd platform:

• Money Laundering: Depositing or transferring funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraud: Using false information, stolen identities, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Collusion: Gaining unfair advantages through multiple accounts or by conspiring with other members.
• Software Hacking: Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools with the kkbd platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Artificially creating bets for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's account or payment method.
• False Claims: Claiming funds by citing incorrect or fraudulent circumstances.

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus funds will be forfeited once the account is closed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by kkbd

kkbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If required documents for identity verification are not provided.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you are developing an addiction to gambling, contact the support team to request self-exclusion. Through this process, your account will be temporarily or permanently closed.
